Real change begins with listening, learning, and leading together. Every voice matters in building our community's future.

A Legacy of Public Service
Patricia Duncan Sutherland is deeply rooted in a legacy of public service. As the daughter of DK Duncan, a former Minister of Government, and Joan Duncan, founder of JMMB Group, Patricia carries forward a tradition of leadership and nation-building.
Her parents lived and worked within the St. Andrew Eastern constituency, on Bamboo Avenue and in Mona, where they committed their lives to building a better Jamaica.
“In that same spirit, Patricia has committed her life to public service and to creating a Jamaica where every citizen is respected, valued, and included.”
